Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your event.

If you do not pay the balancing payment when it is due then your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel any payments made will not be refunded but your booking may be able to be changed to another date with our agreement.
​
We will only cancel in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel then you can move your booking to another day or we can refund your payments in full.
​
You must tell us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements.
​
It is your responsibility to check the booking form that we send you and notify us immediately of any errors.
​
We reserve the right to charge for breakages. We may also charge a damage deposit which will be refunded promptly if there is no damage to the items.
